Who DOESN'T love a leaf with such a nice flavor? Not only that but it helps as a method for telling your brain that you're done eating, so don't ask for more. AND it is a nice slight anti-inflammatory!
Buy a package of fresh mint and you can make hot or cold tea to drink after a meal, sprinkle it on your oatmeal, in your desserts, anything you'd like!
